What to include in your referral:
– Referral letter or details outlining presenting complaint and relevant history
– Relevant imaging (X-ray/MRI/CT) where available
– Current medications and relevant comorbidities
No Gap Option
For eligible patients (primary joint replacement, and select revision cases) a no-gap pathway for surgical fees may be available, depending on the patient’s health fund, level of cover, and the hospital where surgery is performed.
